I bring warmth, compassion, curiosity, and many years of both professional and life experience to my work. Together, we will explore not only the challenges you are facing today, but also the experiences and relationships that have shaped how you see yourself, relate to others, and navigate the world. I believe that developing a deeper understanding of yourself can strengthen your self-esteem, improve your relationships, and create lasting change. I strive to be a steady and dependable presence in therapy, meeting you where you are rather than rushing toward solutions or expecting change before you’re ready. If there’s one thing I hope clients experience in working with me, it’s that they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. My commitment is to understand your experience, meet you where you are, and walk alongside you as we make sense of it together. I believe healing often develops within a relationship where you feel consistently seen, heard, and accepted. While I support people with a wide range of concerns, I have a particular interest in working with individuals whose lives have been shaped by trauma, abuse, difficult childhood experiences, or emotionally painful relationships. I also enjoy working with individuals living with borderline personality disorder, where trust, consistency, and a strong therapeutic relationship are especially important. I naturally gravitate toward longer-term therapy because meaningful change rarely happens overnight. As trust develops, therapy becomes a place to understand longstanding patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. It is a privilege to accompany clients through different stages of their lives and witness the resilience, growth, and hope that can emerge through this work. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy playing soccer, learning to curl, and relaxing with my cat. These parts of my life help keep me active, curious, and grounded, and remind me of the value of balance, connection, and continuing to learn.
