Alexandra is eager to help her clients process their difficult emotions and experiences, develop healthy coping strategies and build on their resilience. She is trained in the areas of anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress. Alexandra works with her client's strengths to help them navigate their challenges and deepen their personal growth. She strives to work collaboratively with clients to understand their worldviews, identities, and lived experiences. Alexandra is committed to a culturally sensitive and responsive practice. Having grown up within a spiritual family, she is interested in working with clients who need support finding their way through the complexities of religion, faith, and spirituality. Alexandra has a background in Health Sciences and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She was raised in rural Ontario and has a cuddly cockapoo that she adores. She is keen to assist you in improving your mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
