There’s no script, and no expectations besides showing up as you are. I take on a person-centered approach, which means you guide the rhythm of our sessions, and the focus is set on your own needs and goals. While some sessions may lead to deep conversation, others might offer quiet moments to pause, reflect, or simply breathe. This time is yours. I welcome clients from all walks of life, with an interest in supporting those navigating big life transitions, whether that’s related to identity, relationships, parenthood, or personal challenges. I work through the lens of attachment, gently exploring how past experiences shape how we show up in the present. I also bring lived insight into military life and family systems, and offer a listening ear to those who want to feel heard. Having grown up on the East Coast of Canada as an Acadian, I am pleased to offer services in both French and English.
